Eye Lash Extension Deposit

Eyelash Extension Deposit & Booking Policy

To book your eyelash extension appointment, a $50 non-refundable deposit is required. This deposit secures your spot and is applied toward the total cost of your service.

📅 Booking Process

Once your deposit is received:

  • Our lash artist will contact you directly to confirm your appointment date and time.

  • Your appointment will only be considered scheduled after confirmation by phone.

Important Policies

❌ No-Show Policy

If you fail to show up for your appointment without any notice, your $50 deposit will be forfeited, and a new deposit will be required to rebook.

🔁 Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • 48-hour notice is required for all cancellations or reschedules.

  • If you cancel or request to reschedule with less than 48 hours' notice, your deposit will be forfeited.

⏰ Late Arrivals

  • Please arrive on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be cancelled and treated as a no-show, resulting in loss of your deposit.

💳 Remaining Balance 

  • The remaining balance is due at the time of service.

  • We accept cash, debit, and major credit cards.

💡 Other Notes

  • Deposits are non-transferable between clients.

  • Please arrive with clean, makeup-free lashes to ensure the best retention and results.

  • Clients under the age of 18 must have parental consent.
